When is pricing confirmed?
For redesign projects, we provide a quote after reviewing the garment and design request. A deposit is typically required before work begins.
How can I book an appointment?
Appointment-led visits are available by phone, email, contact form, or fitting appointment. Monday to Friday is by appointment from 09:00 to 19:00, with Saturday by appointment and Sunday closed.
Do you check the garment at collection?
Yes. We check the fit or finish again at collection and can handle a small final adjustment when needed, while keeping the agreed design in place.
